Project:
The Internal strip out and refurbishment of a 2 bed apartment in Earls Court.
Works included:
- Full strip out and refurbishment
- Replacement heating system, electrical wiring and lighting
- Removal of kitchen wall to provide a more flexible open plan kitchen, dining and living accommodation
- New extension to bathroom to provide additional separate shower enclosure
- Replacement internal doors, wardrobes, cupboards, skirting boards and ironmongery
- Replacement of fire place and surround
- New carpets and floor tiling
