Landlord’s dilapidation claim on two floors of a multi-tenanted building in the city of London.

Services included:

We acted on behalf of the landlord producing a detailed dilapidation schedule which was served on the tenant by the landlord’s solicitor. We were then appointed to negotiate a settlement on the landlords behalf which was successfully achieved to the satisfaction of the landlords Board of directors.
