Project:

Conversion of a post production TV facility into eight high quality apartments. The works included the addition of additional floors to both main and mews buildings and formation of a new link. This included two new roof terraces. The ground and lower ground areas were converted to a restaurant.

Services provided:

We acted as Project Manager and Contract Administrator on this complicated multi million pound project and managed a full team from planning to completion and sale of the freehold.
