Harcourt Terrace

Project:

The conversion from a 3 bed residential apartment to a 2 bed apartment including full refurbishment. Works included:

• Replacement heating system, electrical wiring and lighting
• Levelling of floors and ceilings
• Removal of kitchen wall to provide a more flexible open plan kitchen, dining and living accommodation
• Removal of dividing bedroom wall to create master bedroom suite
• Extension of ensuite to master bedroom and new bathroom fittings to both bathrooms
• Replacement internal doors, wardrobes, cupboards, skirting boards and ironmongery
• Full overhaul of original sash windows
• New carpets, Amtico flooring and floor tiling
