Orbit Housing Group

Project:
Orbit Group is a national housing provider operating across the Midlands, East Anglia and the South East.
The project involved the refurbishment of their two storey headquarters building at Garden Court in Binley, Coventry with the tenant in full occupation. It included a bespoke architect redesign of the internal layout tailored to suit the modern working practices of the organisation and was undertaken in five phases with the decanting of staff and installation of new furniture as part of the project.
Works included the complete fit out and furnishing of open plan office space, training rooms, and meeting and conference rooms; provision of new reception area, staff kitchens and recreational breakout areas; installation of a new air conditioned state of the art data communications room and the adaptation and enhancement of the existing air conditioning.
The works were completed in September 2011 to a high quality, on programme and within budget.
