CAN Mezzanine are an award-winning sustainable social enterprise providing high-quality shared office accommodation for the third sector. Bradfield Wentworth provide their property development advice.

Loman Street was a dilapidated building which was fully renovated to provide modern office accommodation on four levels with a conference suite and meeting room in the lower ground floor.

Services Provided:

Wells Senior were appointed as Project Managers for the works and were involved from initial inception through to occupation. We were actively involved in the development of the brief, the design, the construction on site and the fit out works.
