Role: Survey and Specification

The project involved maintenance and repairs of warehouse roof including treatment of cut edge corrosion, replacement of defective cladding sheets, replacement linings to gutters and a new man safe system.

Working with cost consultants, Emmaus, we provided a report on the condition of the roof and subsequently specified the remedial works and reviewed the quality of the works undertaken on site.
