Our client purchased three apartments within this development on behalf of overseas investors.

We project monitored the development on behalf of our client, including: review of the developers original proposals; commenting on their suitability to our clients; attending progress meetings and reviewing compliance with the purchase agreements during the works on site and jointly snagging the completed apartments with the developer.
