Role: Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Contract Administrator & CDM Supervisor

The project involved the refurbishment of their two storey headquarters building at Garden Court in Binley, Coventry with the tenant in full occupation. It included a bespoke architect redesign of the internal layout tailored to suit the modern working practices of the organisation and was undertaken in five phases with the decanting of staff and installation of new furniture as part of the project.
