Role: Dilapidations

Dilapidation claims on numerous floors of a multi-tenanted building in the City of London.

We acted on behalf of the landlord producing a detailed dilapidation schedules which was served on the tenant by the landlord’s solicitor. We were then appointed to negotiate a settlement on the landlords behalf which in each case was successfully achieved to the satisfaction of the landlords Board of directors.
