Project:
A new development of 19 apartments in the heart of Notting Hill. The Pembridge is a collection of contemporary and period apartments originally designed by Stiff & Trevillion. The period part of the property involved a facade retention while the contemporary section was a new build above ground level including a new stone facade.
Services Included:
Project management and employers agent.
Project completed early 2024.
