Project:
Refurbishment of ground floor to include a new open and inviting arrival space leading through to a shared communal lounge and newly landscaped courtyard with a padel court and fitness centre.
Services included:
We acted on behalf of the landlord and managed the whole process from inception to completion. We were appointed as project manager, employers agent, and cost consultant.
Project completed end of November 2024.
