Gary Wells

I established Wells Senior in 2002 as an independent Building Surveying and Project Management practice with the aim to provide advice to smaller property companies and developers.

Having nearly 40 years experience as a Chartered Building Surveyor I worked initially for a pension fund, then for a large multi disciplined practice, and for the past 24 years I have run my own business.

I have an extremely broad knowledge and experience base and I’m currently involved in multi million pound project management and employers agent / contract administration roles, have settled dilapidation claims into the millions and surveyed multi million pound houses and office developments.

I’m a keen sportsman and have more time for this now my three children are following their own career paths.
