Gary Wells

Having over 25 years experience as a Chartered Building Surveyor working initially for a pension fund, then for a large multi disciplined practice, and for over 10 years running his own business, including a period as a consultant to the Department of Health, Gary has experienced most areas of the profession.

He therefore has an extremely broad knowledge and experience base and is currently involved in multi million pound project management and contract administration roles, many dilapidation claims of varying amounts up to circa £1.5m and has recently surveyed a £11m residential property.

Married to Jenny, they have three children who are growing up quickly and are at the taxi service age. He enjoys all sports but his competitive side is now restricted to low level league tennis and Sunday cycles and managing his son’s local boys football team.
