Project:
Relocation of Whittingham Riddell’s Shrewsbury office to a new purpose built 1600sqm facility. Whittingham Riddell is one of the most highly regarded accountancy firms in Shropshire and Mid Wales.

They relocated from linked converted houses in the centre of Shrewsbury to a purpose built facility designed specifically for their requirements. The new facility provides open plan office accommodation on two levels with break out areas, quiet working areas and meeting rooms to each floor.

Wells Senior was appointed as Employers Agent for the works and were was involved from initial inception through to occupation. We were actively involved in the development of the brief, the design, the construction on site, the fit out works and the installation of furniture on completion.
