We negotiated the dilapidations settlement on behalf of the outgoing tenant and subsequently were instructed to undertake the works to put the premises back into repair.
We produced a detailed dilapidations schedule following the review of the lease terms and negotiated a settlement on termination of the lease. We were then instructed to produce a specification of remedial works which were tendered and implemented under a JCT contract. We administered this contract through to completion and agreement of the final account.
