Refurbishment of substantial ground and plaza level reception within a prestigious office in Canary Wharf. The project was undertaken while the building was fully occupied and included the formation of a new ground floor food outlet. The works included the replacement of all wall finishes, treatment of the stone floor, revised disabled access and toilet facilities, refurbishment of 14 lifts, replacement of glazing to improve external view into the reception and provision of two 9m reception desks.
Working with international architects, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, services consultants, Hilson Moran, cost consultants, Alinea, and lighting experts, Nulty+, we project managed and administered the refurbishment contract on behalf of Brookfield Asset Management acting for the client.
